Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $200
We aim to get your gifts delivered as quickly as possible. Gift orders are generally dispatched on the next working day, and we do not offer scheduled delivery dates. Please see our estimated delivery times and shipping costs below.

All delivery times are estimates from dispatch. While we do our best to ensure your gift arrives promptly, delivery on a specific date cannot be guaranteed.

Express Overnight Delivery
Express delivery is available for eligible urban addresses when orders are placed before 9am, Monday to Friday.

Dispatch & Courier Delays
Gift orders are processed as they are received and are generally dispatched on the next working day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note that we are unable to hold orders for dispatch on a requested date or arrange delivery for a specific date. If you are purchasing a gift for a birthday, anniversary or special occasion, we recommend ordering in advance and allowing sufficient time for delivery.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next working day.
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control. As delivery timeframes are estimates, shipping fees are non-refundable solely because a courier delivers later than expected.
If your parcel is more than 2 days past the estimated delivery date shown on your tracking, please email info@beautifulgifts.co.nz and we will arrange an investigation with the courier.
Ordering Multiple Gift Boxes
You can order as many gift boxes as you like in one order, provided they are being delivered to the same address.
For gifts going to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Additional Delivery Information
PO Box Deliveries
Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes.
Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the parcel needs to be resent. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
If the error is ours, we will arrange to have it corrected as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been collected by the courier.
Damaged Deliveries
If your gift arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours where possible at info@beautifulgifts.co.nz.
Please keep all original packaging and provide photos of the damage so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement where applicable.
Age-Restricted Deliveries
For gifts containing age-restricted products, recipients may be required to provide valid photo identification if they appear under 25 years old.
These parcels require a signature and cannot be left unattended.
