Delivery Info

All orders are sent by Courier or Hand delivered if in a close proximity to us. 

If you wanting the gift to arrive on a date in the future - no problem, just let us know when and we will hold onto to the order and send at the appropriate date.

Delivery to a NORTH ISLAND URBAN address (usually overnight if ordered before 2pm Mon-Fri) - $7.95
Delivery to a SOUTH ISLAND URBAN address (1-3 working days)  - $14.95
Delivery to a NORTH ISLAND NON-URBAN/RURAL address (1-3 working days) - $10.95
Delivery to a SOUTH ISLAND NON-URBAN/RURAL address (2-4 working days) - $14.95
URGENT DELIVERY – (only available if ordered before 11am Mon-Fri)
Express Same day Auckland URBAN address (only available if ordered before 11am Mon-Fri)- $19.50
Express Overnight North Island URBAN address (only available if ordered before 11am Mon-Fri)- $16.50

Mini Gifts

FREE Delivery NZ wide (usually overnight unless rural or ordered after 2pm or over a weekend). There is no same day delivery service for these gifts, they are all sent via overnight courier.

We will aim to dispatch the gift on the same or following working day - depending on time of day the order is made - if order is placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri - excl public holidays) then the gift will be dispatched the same day.

Time frames once the courier has the package are: 

South Island delivery: Overnight if order placed before 2pm (working days) - however this is not always guaranteed if there are network disruptions such as bad weather or other circumstances beyond the couriers control.  

North Island standard delivery: These are quite often delivered overnight if order has been placed before 2pm but may take up to 3 working days. 

Non urban/Rural - allow an extra 1-3 working days 

These are the standard time frames, however, sometimes delivery may be delayed by the courier due to unforeseen circumstances. There will be no refund for delivery fees if the courier delivers outside of their expected time frame. 

If your parcel is showing as being 2 days or more past the expected delivery date on the tracking provided to you, please contact us via email at info@beautifulgifts.co.nz and we will lodge an investigation with the courier company.

Tracking number

The tracking number will be provided to the email address of the person ordering the gifts/products when the package is picked up from us. 

If the order is for delivery in Christchurch, a tracking number may not be sent as we may hand deliver or use a courier service that doesn't use tracking.  We will advise you of when the gift will be dispatched for delivery though.

Can you order more than one gift box in an order?

You can order as many gifts as you like to the same address in the same order.
Please place a separate order for each gift if they are going to different addresses.
If you have a bulk lot of gifts to order, the easiest way is to email the list to us and we'll invoice you (it's much easier for you!)

Other info

We can deliver to PO boxes.

We will do everything we can to make sure your gift arrives on time, we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date, especially if not enough time has been allowed for the courier. 

If you have provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address, the parcel may be returned to us and another shipping fee will need to be paid. If the parcel is left by the courier at the incorrect address (provided by yourself) then unfortunately, we have no way of retrieving this. If the mistake is ours, we will rectify this as soon as possible to ensure the gift arrives at the right place.

Cancellations and damages

Once an order has been picked up by the courier, it can't be cancelled as we have no way of retrieving the item back from the courier. 

If your parcel arrives damaged this must be reported within 24hrs. All original packaging must also be kept and photos sent to us. This is so we can make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful.
